These include the issuance of resolutions lacking clear legal basis, continued use of repealed regulations, failure to define the scope of tax audits, and flawed or absent evidentiary analysis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe lack of legal protection for taxpayers is a reality we cannot allow to become institutionalized,\u201d emphasized Attorney Mitre. In this context, he reiterated that a modern and effective tax administration should not be judged solely by its revenue figures, but\u2014more importantly\u2014by its strict adherence to the legal framework and its respect for the fundamental rights of taxpayers. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>LAC Legal\u2019s<\/strong> participation in such forums reaffirms the firm\u2019s commitment to professional excellence and the strengthening of the rule of law in Panama.
